Philgold Trading Store is a supermarket located on Ipaja Road, Shagari Estate. It started its operation about 2 years ago. Philgold has a boutique and also a supermarket in the same building.

Job Title: Baker

Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team, the ideal candidtate will be responsible for preparing high quality baked good and maintaining consistency in tatse and presentation.
- Prepare and bake break, cake, pastries and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and ensure product quality and consistency
- Monitor oven temperature and baking timing
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Mamage baking ingredients and stock
- Decorate cakes and pastries.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, or HND qualification
- Proven experince as a baker ( 1-3 years or more.)
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work early morning of flexible shifts
- Attention to details and food safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure.
