Philgold Trading Store is a supermarket located at Ipaja Road, Shagari Estate. It started its operation about 2 years ago. Philgold has a boutique and also a supermarket in the same building. The supermarket is open for candidates that are ready to work, and we do not employ candidates for a short period of time.

Job Title: Baker

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high quality baked goods and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and baked bread, cakes , pastries and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and ensure product quality and consistency
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking timing
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery
- Manage baking ingredients and stock levels
- Decorate cakes and pastries
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, or HND qualification
- Proven experience as a baker ( 1 - 3 years or more)
- Follow of baking techniques and ingredient
- Ability to work early morning or flexible shifts
- Attention to details and creativity
- Good hygiene and food safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure.
Salary
Competitive based on experience.
