Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Locations: Delta & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any Management or Social Science related course.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Must have certification in SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, IHRP, or any other recognized human resource certification.
• Ability to interpret, manage personnel, and steward organizational code of conduct.
• Administer personnel compensations and benefits.
