Job Title: Loan Marketing / Disbursement Officer

Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, marketing loan products, and facilitating the loan application process.
- The role focuses on achieving loan disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with credit policies and maintaining high-quality loan portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Market and promote the Bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses
- Identify and generate leads for new loan opportunities
- Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Guide clients through the loan application and documentation process
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments and risk evaluations
- Follow up on loan applications to ensure timely approval and disbursement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Monitor loan repayments and support recovery efforts when necessary
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all marketing and loan activities.
