The company uses financial research to drive its product to all strata of society and is assisted by an in-house effective risk responsibility analysis to make recommendations for financial performance.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Supervisor
Locations: Kaduna and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff records
- Coordinate recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)
- Support hiring managers in selecting qualified candidates
- Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Supervise and guide HR officers/assistants
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Support audits and HR documentation reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, CIPM is an adanvatge
- 3–6 years of HR experience (with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
