Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Lagos. This full-time, on-site role involves providing professional care to patients, assisting in infertility treatments, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting doctors in performing procedures.
• The Registered Nurse will also ensure proper documentation and compliance with clinical protocols, contributing to overall patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
• The Nurse will support High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) procedures by providing clinical, nursing, and patient-care support before, during, and after treatments. The role requires strong patient care skills, attention to detail, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for HIFU procedures, including pre-procedure assessments and patient education
• Assist physicians during HIFU treatments
• Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after procedures
• Provide post-procedure care, instructions, and follow-up support
• Ensure proper documentation of patient records and treatment notes
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection-control standards in the treatment area
• Handle and care for HIFU equipment and consumables appropriately
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients
• Escalate clinical concerns or complications promptly to the attending physician
• Comply with all clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and hospital policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
• Experience in theatre, procedure-based units, radiology, fertility, or women’s health is an added advantage
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and adapt to specialized HIFU procedures.
