We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Travel Consultant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Client Consultation and Advisory:

  • Attend to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person
  • Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable destinations and packages
  • Provide accurate information on visa requirements and travel guideline.

Visa Processing and Documentation:

  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications
  • Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Guide clients on interview preparation where necessary.

Booking and Reservations:

  • Tour arrangements
  • Confirm all travel details and ensure proper documentation
  • Follow up with clients on payments and confirmations.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Convert enquiries into paying clients
  • Promote available travel packages and special offers
  • Meet assigned sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain good relationships with clients
  • Follow up before and after travel
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Keep proper records of clients and transactions
  • Update internal systems with client details and booking status
  • Provide regular reports on activities and sales.

Compliance and Professional Conduct:

  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 monthly.
