We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: CNC Operator (Machine Operation)

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to run and maintain our CNC machines for furniture production.
  • The ideal candidate understands board processing, precision cutting, and can translate design files into accurate machine operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines for cutting MDF, plywood, and boards
  • Interpret CAD drawings and production files
  • Set up tools, calibrate, and maintain machine accuracy
  • Optimize material usage and reduce waste
  • Work with design and production teams to ensure quality output.

Requirements

  • Experience operating CNC machines (woodworking preferred)
  • Familiarity with AutoCut or similar software
  • Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
  • Experience in furniture manufacturing
  • Knowledge of nesting and cut optimization.
