Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating revenue, closing high-value deals, and expanding our client base across real estate, shortlet apartments, and agricultural investments (Zibian Farms and farm funding deals).
  • This role is strictly for individuals who are target-oriented, persuasive, and financially motivated. If you are not comfortable with targets and performance-based rewards, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert high-quality leads into paying clients
  • Sell and close deals across real estate, shortlet, and farm investment packages
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and client consultations
  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth
  • Follow up consistently on prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2–5 years experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in engaging high-net-worth or serious investors
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Lagos market dynamics is an added advantage

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: N120,000 - N200,000 / Month (Competitive)
  • High Commission on every closed deal
