Role Overview
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating revenue, closing high-value deals, and expanding our client base across real estate, shortlet apartments, and agricultural investments (Zibian Farms and farm funding deals).
- This role is strictly for individuals who are target-oriented, persuasive, and financially motivated. If you are not comfortable with targets and performance-based rewards, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert high-quality leads into paying clients
- Sell and close deals across real estate, shortlet, and farm investment packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and client consultations
- Develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth
- Follow up consistently on prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2–5 years experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confidence in engaging high-net-worth or serious investors
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Good knowledge of Lagos market dynamics is an added advantage

Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: N120,000 - N200,000 / Month (Competitive)
- High Commission on every closed deal
