We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Corporate Driver

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full Time 

Responsibilities
Transportation Services:

• Transport partners, staff, and clients to meetings, courts, regulatory offices, and other official destinations
• Provide airport transfers and out-of-town transportation as required
• Ensure timely and safe arrival for all scheduled trips
• Plan efficient routes, considering traffic and time constraints
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, general condition)
• Ensure vehicles are always clean, presentable, and roadworthy
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, inspection)
• Report and resolve mechanical issues promptly

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate trip logs and mileage records
• Manage fuel purchases and keep proper records/receipts
• Coordinate schedules with the Administration Manager
• Support errands, deliveries, and logistics as required
• Assist with logistics for firm events and client engagements

Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Practice defensive driving at all times
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all trips and conversations
• Report any incidents or accidents promptly

Requirements

• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of Abuja roads, routes, and traffic patterns
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Ability to use navigation tools (Google Maps, etc.)
• Good spoken English and communication skills
