Description
- The Business Executive Assistant plays a strategic and multi-functional role in supporting the CEO and driving MISHRA’s core initiatives across business development, personal development programming, HR operations, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
- This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a strong grasp of business dynamics, and the ability to execute high-level tasks with minimal supervision.
- The Business Executive Assistant will lead internal coordination, manage strategic partnerships, supervise junior team members, and maintain a consistent focus on performance, productivity, and brand alignment with MISHRA’s vision of empowering individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential business leads through research, outreach, and consultative selling strategies.
- Coordinate the development and submission of business proposals, including follow-up communications and pipeline reporting.
- Drive pipeline management activities, ensuring that outreach efforts are aligned with MISHRA’s growth goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage personal development programs such as training sessions, book reviews, and mentoring forums.
- Lead and support recruitment activities for client organizations, including job advertising, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, performance records, and employee engagement systems.
- Provide administrative and strategic support on people operations, ensuring compliance with HR best practices.
- Monitor and engage audiences across all digital platforms to sustain brand engagement and loyalty.
- Act as liaison with business partners, clients, and collaborators, ensuring smooth communication and relationship growth.
- Oversee contract development and execution in collaboration with the legal and operations team.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields
- 3–5 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative, executive support, or strategic business role.
- Proven experience in HR operations, business development, or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, writing, and digital skills, including social media proficiency.
Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
