Job Title: Sales Specialist
Locations: Kano & Kaduna

Job Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Channel Specialist to expand and manage our distribution network across Kaduna and Kano.
- The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure effective market execution within the Northern region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and retail partner networks in Kaduna and Kano
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of regional targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across outlets
- Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and in-market activations
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Train partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate partner performance and market coverage
- Track sales, inventory, and partner performance; prepare periodic reports
- Ensure compliance with company pricing, branding, and operational guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management
- Experience in renewable energy, solar, electronics, or FMCG is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Kaduna and Kano markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
