Job Title: Experienced Chef

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description

• We are seeking a female skilled and creative Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality, consistent meals that enhance guest experience.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality local and continental dishes
• Develop menus that appeal to diverse guest preferences
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, cost control, and waste reduction
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or restaurant
• Very strong knowledge of local dishes and good/average knowledge of international cuisines
• Strong food presentation and plating skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
• Passion for food quality and customer satisfaction

Additional Requirements:

• Work is Monday - Friday and accomodation will be provided for those days.
• Chef must go home for weekends.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
