Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Integrate APIs and third-party services where required
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
Key Requirements / Expertise
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integration
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with web or mobile application development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes
- Experience working in an agile development environment
Performance Metrics:
- Quality and reliability of code produced
- Timely delivery of assigned tasks and features
- System performance and scalability
- Reduction in bugs and technical issues.
