We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Description

  • We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate and institutional clients across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities (SMEs, corporates, real estate, NGOs, and government institutions)
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales deals
  • Promote Itel Energy’s solar products and energy solutions to business clients
  • Conduct site visits and needs assessments to recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system design and project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in B2B sales (renewable energy, telecom, construction, or FMCG preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt business environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and present solutions clearly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
  • Willingness to travel within assigned city/region
