Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• You are the day-to-day face of the agency to all clients.
• This is a relationship and leadership role.
• You must be proactive, articulate, and confident enough to push back professionally when needed.
• An agency or PR firm background is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all day-to-day client communication across retainer accounts
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars with the creative team
• Write and manage creative briefs based on client needs
• Line-manage Social Media Manager and Content Creator brief review feedback
• Coordinate logistics for production projects
• Run client calls, status meetings, and feedback sessions independently
• Produce monthly account status reports and flag upsell opportunities.

Non-Negotiables

• 2-4 years in an agency PR firm or media company in account management
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proven ability to write creative briefs and manage creative teams
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience running client calls without senior backup
• Exposure to production coordination shoots events.

Salary
N500,000 - N650,000 per month.
