Job Title: Content Creator

Location:  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• You shoot reels, capture photos, edit short-form content, and write captions.
• The right person works independently from a brief, follows brand guidelines, and delivers content that does not need to be remade.
• A strong portfolio of brand work is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit reels, short videos, product content, and behind-the-scenes for client social channels
• Write captions and short-form copy aligned to each client's brand voice
• Produce content to brief with minimal revision cycles
• Support vox pop shoots and corporate event coverage
• Maintain organized client asset libraries
• Proactively suggest shoot concepts and creative ideas weekly

Non-Negotiables

• 1-2 years creating branded content (not exclusively personal content)
• Portfolio demonstrating work for at least one external client
• Comfortable shooting on both professional cameras and smartphones
• Basic to intermediate video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut)
• Understanding of what performs on Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Delivers to deadline without daily reminders.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
