Job Title: IT Audit and Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated Fintech Internal Control and Compliance Coordinator with strong expertise in cyber security, GRC, regulatory compliance, policy governance, and risk management.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse team environments to align legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance (CBN, NDPR, AML/CFT, KYC, Data Protection)
• Risk Management & Internal Controls
• Internal Controls Design & Effectiveness Testing
• Regulatory Gap Analysis & Audit Readiness
• Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), IT Risk and Cybersecurity Governance
• GRC Frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, COSO
• Advise the company on registration and regulatory compliance where necessary
• Lead regulatory compliance across CBN, NCC, and SEC licensing, NDPR, AML/CFT, CAC, and ensure zero regulatory sanctions
• Collaborated with IT and Security teams to identify cybersecurity and operational risks, implement mitigating controls, and reduce internal control gaps
• Improving compliance across business units.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws. LL.B and other related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years and above experience
• ISO 27001, NIST, COSO, KYC/AML controls, and NDPR framework
• Time management skills
• Analytical skill
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Salary
N600,000 per month.
