Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

• You are the commercial engine of the team and the most critical hire. You must be a proven performance marketer who has managed real advertising budgets for brand clients, can read and act on campaign data independently, and generates insight-driven recommendations without prompting.
• You will lead digital strategy, run all paid media, and provide oversight for the junior team.
• The CEO must be able to step away from digital operations entirely once you are onboarded

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for all clients.
• Manage advertising budgets, track spend vs. performance, and maximize ROAS.
• Produce insight-driven monthly performance reports and present to clients independently.
• Develop digital strategy recommendations and contribute to new business pitches.
• Provide strategic oversight for Social Media Manager's content direction.
• Brief Content Creator on ad creative requirements based on campaign performance.
• Monitor platform changes and identify opportunities for clients.

Non-Negotiables:

• 3-5 years paid media experience, minimum 2 years in agency setting.
• Proven hands-on experience in Meta Business Manager and Google Ads (not just boosting).
• Track record managing budgets of N500k+/month with documented ROAS results.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy in different brand voices.
• Produces client-facing performance reports without prompting.
