Job Title: Social Media Manager

Role Overview

• You will manage day-to-day social media channels for all retainer clients including posting, scheduling, community management, and analytics.
• You must demonstrate keen attention to detail and uphold the highest quality standards in social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage posting, scheduling, and community management across all client social platforms.
• Execute content calendars ensuring nothing is missed or delayed.
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in appropriate brand voice.
• Pull monthly analytics reports from native platforms.
• Support on-ground content capture during shoots and events.
• Maintain organized content libraries for each client account.

Non-Negotiables

• 2-3 years managing social media for brands (not personal accounts).
• Must have worked in a media agency with hands-on experience managing multiple brand accounts.
• Experience running multi-platform content calendars.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Portfolio showing work done for at least one commercial brand account.
• Understanding of basic social analytics: reach, impressions, engagement rate.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality standards in social media management.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
