Job Description
- The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the effective human capital management of the company.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- First degree (2:1 minimum) in Economics or any social science discipline.
- A qualification in HR Management, Psychology or a business related subject will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the domestic economy
- 10 years relevant work experience and at a management position
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
- Ability to plan, think and act strategically;
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- Mature, self-motivated, proactive, fast learner and team player
- Good problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT application proficient (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint)
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate is an added advantage.
- Not more than 40 years
