Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Machine Operator to join our production team in a standard garment manufacturing facility.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial sewing and production machines used in large-scale clothing manufacturing.
- This role requires hands-on experience in factory-based garment production, from cut stage to finishing, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output across bulk orders such as uniforms and ready-to-wear garments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of industrial machines including sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, cover stitch), as well as other production equipment used in garment manufacturing
- Carry out assigned tasks across different production stages (cutting, stitching, assembling, finishing)
- Follow technical specifications, patterns, and cut plans accurately
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure uniformity in finished products
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines in a fast-paced factory environment
- Perform basic machine checks and report faults or maintenance needs promptly
- Work closely with production supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and maintain a clean production area
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience as a Machine Operator in a garment manufacturing factory
- Proven ability to operate multiple industrial sewing and production machines
- Strong understanding of garment construction and factory production processes
- Experience in bulk production (e.g., uniforms, workwear, ready-to-wear)
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
