Belton Global Concern Limited offers a wide range of services some of which are the Sales, Production and Installation services. ‎Sales Department offers the sales of building materials such as Executive jaccuzzi,steamers,shower rooms, hot tubs, saunas with out standing features (massagers, radios and so on), shower cubicules, shower trays, power showers, standing showers and elevated showers of different colours, designs and sizes,cover baths, fibre baths, bath mixers, assorted brands of ceramic toilet seats & bath tubs, bidet, uriners, bathroom accessories, 3-step towel rails, glass basins, glass block, glass shelves, designed mirrors, soap dish, unique toilet brushes & foot mats, different brands & liters of water heater and over head tanks, swimming pool materials,bore hole materials, squats, PVC.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Management Trainee is an entry-level professional participating in a structured, rotational program designed to develop future leaders.
  • They work across departments (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to learn core business functions, support senior staff with projects, analyze data, and assume increasing supervisory responsibilities to build a pipeline for permanent management positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotational Training: Rotate through various departments, including sales, HR, and operations, to understand business operations comprehensively.
  • Project Support: Assist team leaders with projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making, including creating reports, presentations, and monitoring

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Operational Support: Support daily activities, such as onboarding new employees, managing inventory, or assisting with client accounts.
  • Learning & Evaluation: Actively participate in workshops and training sessions while meeting performance goals set by management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Recent graduate or up to two years of experience; leadership roles in university or previous jobs are highly valued.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry skills.
  • Attributes: High adaptability, willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 per month.
