Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage janitorial staff across assigned locations
- Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure all cleaning activities meet company and client standards
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels
- Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical usage
- Enforce discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate deep cleaning and special cleaning assignments
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Prepare and manage staff schedules, shifts, and site allocations
- Ensure adequate manpower and handle staff shortages or replacements
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and handle complaints
- Monitor and manage cleaning materials, tools, and inventory usage
- Ensure timely requisition and proper storage of supplies
- Maintain records of attendance, tasks, and site activities
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
