Job Title: Rollout Professional

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the network planning unit in developing, implementing and overseeing rollout programmes for the Company.
• Assess potential new sites from technical, commercial, and regulatory perspectives, and recommend viable options for deployment.
• Coordinate, control and analyze the cost-benefit of potential and actual site coverage and implement agreed action plans.
• Advise and recommend improvements to sites to support coverage expansion, capacity growth, and overall network performance.
• Collate all data within specified area and analyze for management reporting purposes.
• Interface and manage Government regulatory agencies on Roll-Out Sites' construction and operation.
• Resolving community-related issues which may affect Roll-Out programmes and site delivery timelines
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of rollout targets in line with approved plans and budgets.

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• Minimum of a first degree in Engineering, Surveying, Estate Management, Town Planning Business, or any other related field
• A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' cognate experience in telecoms site acquisition, site rollout, and/or site build activities,
• Demonstrable experience in site acquisition, lease and rental negotiations, landlord engagement, and permitting processes.
• Good working knowledge of mobile network rollout requirements, including basic understanding of radio networks, coverage, capacity, and site suitability.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to assess the business case, market potential, and viability of proposed new sites.
• Experience working in a telecom's environment, either with operators, tower companies, OEMS, or rollout vendors.
• Strong project management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Good Information Technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant rollout/reporting tools.
