Job Description

• The operational backbone of L'Avyanna Beauty Group.
• You'll translate the MD/CEO's vision into daily execution across sales, inventory, compliance, and people performance.

What we're looking for

• HND / B.Sc / MBA in Business or Management with 7-10 years in management, with demonstrated leadership experience.

• Experience in the skincare or beauty industry.
