Job Summary
- A reputable commercial bank is seeking results-driven and customer-focused Commercial Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) to drive business growth through customer acquisition, product sales, and relationship management across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the bank’s products and services, including account opening, loans, and digital solutions
- Identify and acquire new customers through field marketing, networking, and direct sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC and bank policies
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales
- Represent the bank professionally while enhancing brand visibility within target markets.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or sales
- NYSC discharge certificate is mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years.
Salary
N135,000 monthly + N165,000 Performance Incentive + Commission + 13th Month + Leave Allowance.
