We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Ago, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily supermarketoperations
• Lead, motivate, and train team members
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is clean and well-presented
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment
• Assist with cash handling, banking, and opening/closing procedures
• Ensure health & safety and food safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with previous experience in a retail or supermarket environment (supervisory role preferred).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
• Basic IT skills (e.g., using POS systems, stock software).
• Preferable Female for gender equality.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 per month.
