Job Title: Sales Specialist

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Sales Specialist will be tasked with identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and maintaining profitable relationships.
• Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Additionally, the Sales Specialist will work closely with team members to provide training and input on sales management improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive revenue
• Expertise in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to provide Training and support for team development
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and delivering client satisfaction
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Experience in the mobile technology industry is an advantage.
