Role Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced HR Consultant with a strong background in consulting to provide both strategic and operational HR advisory services to a diverse client base.
- The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, supporting talent management, ensuring compliance, and delivering people-focused solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advisory and consulting support to clients
- Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks
- Support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Conduct HR audits and deliver improvement recommendations
- Facilitate HR trainings and workshops
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 4–7 years of HR experience, with proven experience in HR consulting
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- HR certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an advantage.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
