Logirate is a growing tech solution designed to help businesses streamline operations and improve efficiency. As we scale, we’re looking for a driven Sales Manager with strong SaaS experience to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, develop, and execute sales strategies for Logirate.
  • The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS products, managing pipelines, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive product adoption and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or tech products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer acquisition
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
