Role Overview
- We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, develop, and execute sales strategies for Logirate.
- The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS products, managing pipelines, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer acquisition
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
