We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing UCEP’s Salesforce platform to support fundraising, donor management, communications, and operational efficiency.
- The role ensures data integrity, system usability, and effective reporting to support decision-making and growth.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce (users, roles, profiles, permissions)
- Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
- Manage dashboards and reports for fundraising, donors, and operations
- Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity
- Manage donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Track donations, pledges, and engagement activities
- Provide support to team members using Salesforce
- Train staff and volunteers on system usage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and tools
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
