Job Title: Banking Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the bank’s financial products, including accounts, loans, and digital services
- Identify and onboard new customers through proactive marketing and networking
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
- Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
- Represent the bank professionally in all customer interactions
Person Specifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years’ experience in banking or financial sales
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to work independently and in different locations across Nigeria.
Remuneration
- N120,000 monthly plus commissions, performance-based incentives, and additional benefits.
- The role involves driving sales of financial products and services, meeting set targets, and contributing to overall business growth.
