Job Summary
- We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Engineers to support our trade marketing and customer engagement initiatives across multiple regions.
- The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving market penetration, building strong stakeholder relationships, and generating leads within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, and customers for lead generation
- Visit construction sites to build a strong database of contractors, civil/structural engineers, and architects
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and product teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders
- Design and implement engagement programs for key influencers (contractors, architects, etc.)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain an active database of site visits and prepare MIS reports
- Conduct market research to generate actionable insights
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all trade channels
- Track performance of trade marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) with experience or background in the construction industry
- Civil Engineers
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and action-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
