We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Analyst, B2B

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients across industries (SMEs, corporates, startups)
  • Generate qualified leads for multiple service offerings (HR, business consulting, training programs)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Identify key decision-makers (HR leaders, founders, executives, operations heads)

Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence:

  • Analyze market trends, workforce challenges, and business needs across industries
  • Identify opportunities for HR outsourcing, business restructuring, training, and performance improvement services
  • Develop targeted sales approaches for different service lines
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning

Client Engagement & Solution Selling:

  • Engage prospects with tailored, value-driven consulting solutions
  • Present the Company’s full suite of services (HR, business advisory, training & development)
  • Understand client pain points and align them with appropriate service offerings
  • Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and closing of deals

Revenue Growth & Conversion:

  • Drive end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients
  • Build relationships that can lead to repeat business and referrals

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance
  • Provide insights and reports on sales activities and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of leads, engagements, and deals

Collaboration & Business Alignment:

  • Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and positioning
  • Contribute to refining the Company’s go-to-market strategy.
