We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • The role ensures a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Conduct induction and orientation programs
  • Handle employee documentation and exit formalities
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and separation processes.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances
  • Foster a positive work culture and engagement activities
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and confidentiality.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes
  • Track employee performance and development plans
  • Support training and development initiatives.

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Coordinate payroll processing with finance team
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 - 8 years experience.

Salary
N500,000 - N750,000 monthly.
