Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
- Update customer records and maintain accurate reports
- Develop customer rapport and encourage customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer care.
Key Performance Indicators
Quantitative KPIs:
- First Response Time (FRT): Average time taken to respond to customer inquiries.
- Resolution Rate: Percentage of customer issues resolved on first contact.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Score: Measure of customer satisfaction with service received.
- Average Handling Time (AHT): Time spent on customer interactions.
- Number of Resolved Issues: Total number of customer issues resolved.
Qualitative KPIs:
- Customer Feedback: Quality of feedback received from customers.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Professionalism and Courtesy: Demonstration of professionalism and courtesy in interactions.
Efficiency KPIs:
- Response Rate: Percentage of customer inquiries responded to within a certain timeframe.
- Escalation Rate: Number of issues escalated to senior staff or management.
- Customer Retention Rate: Percentage of customers retained over a certain period.
Requirements
- HND/OND certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
