Job Summary

  • Sales agents are responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and generating leads, playing a crucial role in a company's revenue growth.

Prospecting:

  • Prospecting is the process of identifying potential customers:
  • It involves researching and gathering data to qualify leads and ensuring those leads align with the company’s target market.Proficient prospecting sets the groundwork for future sales success.

Networking and Building Relationships:

  • Building and maintaining relationships is at the heart of sales:
  • Sales agents must engage in networking opportunities, whether through industry events or online platforms, to foster new relationships and nurture existing ones, creating a broad base of loyal clients.

Conducting Product Demonstrations:

  • Sales agents are responsible for effectively showcasing their products:
  • Product demonstrations are essential for educating customers on how a product solves their problems.

Negotiating and Closing Sales:

  • Once a client is interested, negotiation and closing become paramount:
  • Sales agents must navigate price discussions and terms, understanding client needs and ensuring mutual satisfaction.

After-Sales Support:

  • After-sales support involves ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase:
  • This includes problem-solving, collecting feedback, and providing additional resources or training to enhance the customer’s experience.

Salary
N93,000 per month.
