Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We are seeking an sharp and results-driven professional to drive client acquisition, maintain strong customer relationships, and increase brand awareness for our cleaning and drone cleaning services.
• The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and promote our range of cleaning solutions to individuals.

Responsibilities include

• Source and acquire new clients while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and market cleaning services and drone cleaning, including residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning solutions.
• Guide clients through service selection, scheduling, and post-service support.
• Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service execution and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to sales targets and support overall company growth objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven experience in sales, client service, or customer-facing roles (experience in cleaning services or facilities management is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling high-volume client interactions.
• Familiarity with Abuja’s business environment is a plus.
