Job Title: Runner (Support Staff)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly deliver food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to guests
• Ensure accuracy of orders before serving
• Provide active support to waiters, especially during peak periods
• Clear tables and assist with quick table turnaround
• Communicate delays, issues, or discrepancies immediately
• Maintain smooth service flow by effectively coordinating between kitchen, bar, and floor
• Service Principle
• Play a critical role in maintaining service efficiency, enabling waiters to focus on guest experience.
