We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Floor Supervisor

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and enforce proper FIFO practices
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Support sales targets and store performance goals
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in retail supervision or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
