Job Title: Sales Executive – Healthcare

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
- The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and achieve revenue targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Promote and sell healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other medical institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company policies.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management on market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, HMO, diagnostics, or health-tech services.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong presentation and business development skills.
