Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Lead to drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and develop strategic initiatives that expand our market presence.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in real estate sales and team performance management.

Key Responsibilties

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
