Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Lead to drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and develop strategic initiatives that expand our market presence.
- The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in real estate sales and team performance management.
Key Responsibilties
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
