Job Title: Inventory Finance Officer (Supply Chain Finance)

Job Summary

• The Inventory Finance Officer will be responsible for managing inventory-related financial activities, ensuring accurate stock valuation, cost control, and alignment between inventory records and financial data.
• The role supports supply chain operations by providing financial insights, improving inventory efficiency, and ensuring proper controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile inventory records with financial data
• Ensure accurate stock valuation and cost tracking
• Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams on inventory management
• Analyze inventory movements, variances, and shrinkage
• Prepare inventory reports and support month-end closing activities
• Implement and maintain internal controls for inventory processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting related to inventory and supply chain
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve inventory efficiency.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 – 5 years experience in inventory, cost, or supply chain finance
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and stock control processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
