Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Locations: Gbagada and Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager with 5+ years of proven HR experience to lead and manage all human resources functions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with HR software/HRIS systems
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage.

Salary
N700,000 - N850,000 monthly.
