Description

• A premier IT solutions provider is seeking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Support Executive (SQL & Cyber Security).
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL database management, software support, and cyber security solutions, with the ability to maintain secure systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize SQL databases to ensure performance, integrity, and security.
• Support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications and cyber security solutions.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, security threats, and operational issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Test and evaluate new software tools, system enhancements, and security applications.
• Provide technical support, user training, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver secure and efficient IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server/database administration and software support systems.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Cyber Security principles, including network security and vulnerability management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
