Established in 2009, Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is a hospitality consultancy firm specializing in providing expert services to small and medium-sized hotels.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Cook

Location: Aba, Abia

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: A cook is responsible for preparing ingredients such as washing, cutting, seasoning, and measuring items needed for cooking.
• Cooking Meals: They prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, menu specifications, and instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor.
• Maintaining Food Quality: Cooks ensure that meals are properly cooked, taste good, and are presented in an acceptable manner before serving.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: They keep their work area clean and organized, including utensils, equipment, and surfaces, to maintain hygiene standards.
• Following Health and Safety Rules: Cooks must follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure meals are safe for consumption.
• Assisting the Chef: They support the chef or head cook in daily kitchen operations and may help with basic menu preparation.
• Stock Monitoring; Cooks help check ingredients, report shortages, and ensure proper storage of food items.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
