Role Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and selling our software solutions.
- This is a field-based role requiring frequent client engagement.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell company software solutions to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and retention
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to engage in field sales activities within Lagos.
Salary
Negotiable based on experience.
