Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: GRA, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and selling our software solutions.
  • This is a field-based role requiring frequent client engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Present, promote, and sell company software solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and retention
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology sales
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to engage in field sales activities within Lagos.

Salary
Negotiable based on experience.
