Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager, Pre-Delivery Inspection to oversee vehicle inspection processes and ensure all automobiles meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage pre-delivery inspection (PDI) activities
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with technical, sales, and service teams to resolve issues before delivery
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
- Identify and escalate defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Improve inspection processes to enhance efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
- Proven experience in the automobile industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and inspection processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and team management ability.
