Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
• The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating teams and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance
• Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives
• Prepare and present project reports to management
• Manage project documentation and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in project management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project or Trello

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
• Strong decision-making and time management skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
